The Player (also known as Erol) is the main character of Bonfire. He and several other Orcs participate in the Deed of the Beast ritual in an effort to defeat Kurtar before he could resume his Great Hunt and attack their tribe.

The avatar represent YOU typically in a game as you can control their actions directly.
The appearance of the player character is totally customizable and are stored as .orc files. Additional player made custom orcs can be fount at Playable Orcs (created by the community)
Trivia
- Although the Player can choose their own name, the default name provided is "Erol".
- Erol is a Turkish name that means "brave".
