Kink based custom NPCs are usually the most common form of player created NPC. They are usually made with the express purpose of just filling a specific appearance/kink but generally do not have extensive dialog lines or a backstory that is conveyed in game. Kink based NPCs are the broadest category, but as more dialog is added along with back story, it may be wise to upgrade them to Story based.
Non exhaustive list of current NPCs in the Kink based category. To download, open Bonfire's main menu and go to Mods -> NPC Manger, and click "Refresh." Find the NPC's name and click "Download."
