How to Add NPCs from outside of the summoning list

Open Metafiles Location in the System menu

The Repo contains NPCs from before the Outback received its overhaul a few years ago. NPCs that were created for the old outback will have the location "Void Outback" in red. These NPCs can still be accessed by traveling to "World1" in the console, but should not be expected to work properly.

You may also install NPCs downloaded from other source, such as the game's discord server.

  1. To do so, open "System" from Bonfire's main menu and click "Open Metafiles Location." This will open a window to Bonfire's AppData directory, which matches the paths mentioned above.
  2. Open "Mods," then open "Characters," then paste or drag the .bab file here.
