- The first choices made with the incubus at the start of the game determines your character's top/bottom preference.
- There are 2 major story paths on the island. Either help your friend out or hook up with all the other orcs until you get too much of their "gift".
- The competition at the bath house has 2 major outcomes depending on how you play the sex synchronization mini-game.
